Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice from the start of the treatment(s) incur no charge, however, rescheduling an appointment is preferred.

Cancellations made with 4-12 hours' notice from the start of the treatment(s) incur 100 % of the fee.

Cancellations made with 0-4 hours' notice from the start of the treatment(s) incur a 100% fee.

Last-minute bookings (bookings made within 12 hours of the treatment start time) have 10 minutes from the time the confirmation is received to make a change to the time or date free of charge.

Gift Vouchers must be used within 6 months of the issue date on the voucher and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
