This treatment (also known as a Swedish massage) is generally a full body massage that works holistically, encompassing the emotional and physical needs of the client and approaches the client as a whole being, using long, flowing effleurage massage strokes for deep relaxation. It brings, spirit, mind and body together to work in harmony.
